Learnt so much through SEO today, had to go through a 60 page report on a site I'm working on. It went through all the details that affected the SEO of the website.
Loads of stuff I didn't think of or even know about! Spent half the time putting it through validator.w3.org and getting shit loads of errors thrown back at me from a perfectly fine website.
But astonishingly after a day of going through the guide and making changes, its getting first page results for big keywords [bespoke, log, book] in a saturated industry! its not even properly indexed yet, I haven't even set up an xml sitemap and submitted it to google and its beating successful websites that have been established for years.
